Ihanuus Bow Tie

The Ihanuus bow tie is a small but striking detail. Each bow tie is unique: the leather is patterned using woodblocks that I have carved by hand, creating individual impressions for every piece. The leather is embossed while damp, allowing it to retain its shape beautifully as it dries.

The bow tie is made from vegetable-tanned leather, a durable and timeless material. With use, the leather develops a natural patina and gradually darkens in light to a warm reddish tone, making each bow tie even more distinctive over time. The adjustable strap is also made from vegetable-tanned leather.
