Supikas 45/ wide last/ immediate delivery

In between orders, occasionally pairs of supikas are finished for direct marketing. Ready for purchase are supikkaat, size 45, very wide fit. See measurements in the product details.

The supikas is a traditional, one sole slip-on shoe. They are made from two pieces of leather using a sharp awl and knife. Stitching is done using linen thread reinforced with pitch, or pitched thread (pikilanka). The needle is an authentic boar bristle attached to the pitched thread, used to sew the shoes by hand to exactly fit the client’s foot – complete to the upturned toe.
