The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. We reserve the right to modify our delivery terms. Suutarinverstas Pikitikki commits to not disclosing customer information to third parties.

Ordering

Products are ordered from the online store at www.pikitikki.fi by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested at the time of the order will not be used for purposes other than delivering the order or resolving any issues with it, unless otherwise specified. By placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have read and committed to the delivery terms in force at the time.

When ordering custom-made products from the online store, an initial payment of 40% of the price is made. This covers material costs and reserves your place in the queue. You will be informed via email about the length of the queue and delivery time. The remaining 60% will be invoiced via email before the product is shipped.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service used is Klarna Checkout, through which the payment options are invoice, installment payment, card payment, and online bank payments. By providing information at checkout, you agree to the terms of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By pressing the "Buy" button, you agree to Pikitikki's general terms.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will include your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs Delivery costs include postage and packaging. We provide an estimate of the upcoming delivery costs in the shopping cart based on the primary delivery method available. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected the desired payment and delivery methods for your order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best, with the exact delivery cost presented.

Delivery Time

Our usual delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are indicated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will notify you immediately of any delays after you place your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store informs about exceptional delivery times on its website.

The delivery time for custom-made shoes after the order is dependent on the production queue and the availability of materials. During the summer, queues are longer; the normal delivery time is usually 8–10 weeks. When ordering custom-made products, a deposit of 40% of the price is paid. This covers material costs and reserves your place in the queue. You will be informed about the delivery time. The remaining 60% will be invoiced via email before the product is shipped. Products will be shipped once the final amount is received. For customized products, we will contact you separately via email.

Return Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products. Custom-made products do not have a right of return. You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the last item is received. For custom-made products, you can cancel the order within 14 days of placing the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unambiguous manner (e.g., by letter sent by post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you cancel this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will deduct the return costs from the amount to be refunded. If the product has already been shipped, we will not refund the original shipping cost. Once we have processed the return, the money will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. For custom-made products, we will also refund postage costs if the product has not yet been shipped. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Return and exchange products in the same package in which we delivered them to you. Always include your contact information and your order number with the return. Write our return identifier and company information on the package.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

Failure to claim a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge for the delivery costs.

Problem Situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not match your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days to the address mentioned in the Return Policy and Return Conditions section or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the transport company of your chosen delivery method.

Gift cards used in the shopping cart
